With over 10 years’ experience supporting staff wellbeing in schools across the UK Spiral Wellbeing are pleased to introduce our School Wellbeing Academy course.
This artical looks at the role of stress management coaching, challenging some of the perceptions that I hear and how to recognise that a specific coach is right for YOU.

We are pleased to release limited places on our live video training courses for schools this November.
Firstly thank you to everyone who was due to attend courses with me over the past few months, I have been overwhelmed by your understanding and kind words during what has been a real challenging time for all of us.
Due to the COVID 19 outbreak we are pleased to confirm that we will be running a number of 2 hour video conference workshops over the coming months.
